I'm going as Asuna for ACen. Pretty much making it and the sword over winter break lol

Im working on lina inverse for next month and already planning asuna.....this will be done over break...not finished but started on XD

None of my friends are willing to try to make asuna's outfit. Best of luck ^^

Also I will be going as Kirito (hopefully with twin blades if I have time)

Edit: Also how will you be making the sword? Im still fairly clueless on props DX

Im working with craft foam for my lina armor and I want to try it with the asuna sword. I want to try it for the sword but buying a prop sword from my halloween store and possibly modifying it. If I can get a realistic looking blade, I wont have a problem making the top of it.

I may have to look into the sword altering for dark repulsor.... No way its working for elucidator tho XD

trust me Im smiling when typing this. Though craft foam has helped alot, I'm still trying to figure out if this is possible. I RECOMMEND IT FOR ARMOR AND LARGE SPEARS XD

Speaking of foam, im actually seeing what I can do with some polystyrene coated in a layer of paper mache for basic smoothing. If it works out hopefully a layer of resin and it'll look good.

Also on a side note I may have a Rosalia with me come ACen ^^

Congrats on the skirt XD and so far the method for the blade is working well. just a lot of painting and sanding but its getting there.

Also I found out I have an Agil in my group as well. (Working on a possible Klein)

Hopefully going as Kirito from Season 1 , hopefully i can get a room there if not i cant go >.< , or i might go for one day if anything ,thats if i cant find a room though. Gonna Cosplay Kirito forsure but im from MI so i gotta see if i can get a room. And my cosplay will be bought :/ id love to make it but i dont have many cosplay friends there to help me with it or look over my shoulder so i dont mess up and spend $$$$$ lol too keep doing it . I'm from northern Indiana so I know what you mean by getting a room. Luckily I have a few friends who want to get a room together.

i'm thinking to go as kirito from ALO (hopefully i have good budget to buy the costume...its my second time cosplaying and i don't trust my sewing skills)...i probably working the big sword over winter break using foamular but i don't know what kind of paint do i use?? does anyone know???><
