Mysterious & Reassuring , Consignment shop in Franklin Park A small business of strange, Unique, Vintage, & Antique items.

Over the weekend I had a chance to visit the consignment shop, Mysterious & Reassuring, in downtown Franklin Park, IL. It's a quaint little corner shop with a little bit of everything located at 9701 Franklin Avenue. The items they carry are an interesting mixture of strange, unique, vintage, and antique with some pieces that could easily be called the conversation piece your home, apartment,or office space needs. Such items include local made art/ jewelry , things that could be used for Halloween or next year's convention season, a few Anime cells, vintage medical equipment, vintage fish lures, various books, and other interesting bracbrak like cosmetic manaqueen heads ready to be customized for that cosplay prop you may be working on.
The store is local run and owned and currently decorated for the Halloween season.
