Well, I'm going to crossplay Xion from kingdom hearts 358/2 days. I have the demensions for making the keyblade, hard part is the fact that I don't know how to exactly cut the wood but I have a friend that will weld one of Metal for me, 2 things, would it be better to have one made of metal or than one made of wood; and will it be allowed at ACen?

Better to have wood because you can't carry live steel at ACen :3
