Boy, this can be a wicked long list. When you mean oop, I assume you are referring to domestic releases (US).

If that is so, I'll give you the first, and somewhat ironic, title...Sailor Moon.

As well as Monster, even though that's on hulu now?

Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura are the only ones I know.

The only ones I know for manga are Kodocha and Kamichama Karin

Shakugan no Shana, the first season, is out of print since it's initial release from Geneon. I don't know if it's been rereleased by another publisher yet.

Funimation has re-released it.

AFAIK, Ranma½ is still being pressed by Viz.

Here is what I can think of off the top of my head (a large portion of Geneon/ADV/Animeigo/Steamline Pictures could go here, names based on domestic release):

They mentioned those Tenchi titles quite some time ago (I say this because I have been waiting...awhile now). For now, they remain OOP until Funi finally puts a date down.

Universe has a street date of October 16th, the rest have unannounced dates.

Record of Lodoss War and Chronicles of the Heroic Knight, those both should be out of print I do believe.

EDIT: Also, Maze the Megaburst Space and Knights of Ramune 40.
