Well, I may go for a mulligan on this one..the weather looked like crap. Cutler got dropped early but I'm not sure he would have done any better if he lasted the whole game.

Xeno's got a point. The Bears have to get their offensive line up to snuff. They can't keep depending on their defense. That said, they did make an effort.

Next week they get to play in San Fran. Both teams quarterbacks were taken out early this past weekend. May wind up just being a battle of defenses.

This may also be a chance for the Bears' offense to finally get their act together. Cutler can be a good QB, but he has a nasty tendency to wait too long to throw that damn ball, as well as just gunning for a down himself. He shouldn't have to keep doing that.

Just to clear up some things. Im not anti bears, just not exactly sure they are the real deal yknow? The conditions for the last game were horrid, but the bears would be a lot more use to the conditions of that game than the Texans.

I guess i missed an angry post towards me. If it was so, I don't care too much since it wasn't a respectful reply..

The Jaguars have been a terrible team for YEARS. I can understand Xeno on the Bears, since they've had so many issues getting reliable QBs, as well as their offense and defense jiving correctly. But teams like the Jaguars? Mrgh.

I remember a time when all one had to do was think "Rams" and they'd think of a wonderful, powerful team...

Tho, this is what I was fearing from the bears. (although cutler was out)

The Rams losing to the Jets made me lose faith in them again. The Rams offense needs a lot of work. The defense just needs another year of fisher influence. People will fear them. Long + Quinn. Deadliest combination next year, I assure you.

We just really, really need a better O line. And WRs. Amendola can't carry us, and he is too injury prone.

Amen to that. And just think - Dec. 16 is the next Packers-Bears matchup (this time at Soldier).

If the Bears don't get their act together soon, I certainly won't be hearing the end of it from my Packer-fan buddies.
