Kyary Pamyu Pamyu would be the amazing, because she is perfect for the Sweet 16 theme.
She is the sweetest artist ever. All of her songs are adorable and cute and cavity inducing.
She started out as a fashion blogger but then in 2010 she debuted with a couple of digital singles, such as Miracle Orange and Loveberry.
Her outrageous fame came when she released the digital single PonPonPon, which now has almost 34million views on YouTube alone.
Since PonPonPon she has released 3 singles and another, Fashion Monster, is on its way. She also recently dropped her first full length album.
She also has a variety of books/photobooks available!!!
She would be a great addition to the ACen family, and perfect for ACen's Sweet 16.♥

It would be an absolute dream come true for her to come to Chicago this year.
She had stated on either her Twitter or some other network dooha that she will be having a World Tour in 2013.
Wouldn't it be great if we could head-start the North American portion of the tour at ACen 3013!!

Last year LM.C started a tour in Chicago at ACen 2012, Let us make it happen that Kyary Pamyu Pamyu comes to ACen 2013!!♥!!

I saw her this summer when I was in Japan!!
She is really amazing in person! I would really like to see her at ACen and I think she would be a good choice on fame alone.
KPP is well known in the states for her single PONPONPON which blew up here in a style similar to PSY's Gangnam Style.
I think she would bring in guests who just want to come and see her and as a by product be exposed more to anime and manga and become interested!
