I'd like to suggest a visual kei band called Moran for 2013 musical guest. They've been voicing their eagerness to perform outside Japan quite often lately. I think they are a great representation of the present-day indies visual kei scene. Here is a recording of a recent live show:

The band was formed in 2007, but their vocalist and drummer were previously in another indies visual band called Fatima, which is pretty much an underground classic. Moran's line-up has changed since their formation due to the departure of their original guitarist and the death of their original bassist, but now they're back on full force playing shows and releasing singles with a 5-member line up. Their current lead guitarist, SIZNA, was previously in a band called Sugar, which actually had performed in Oni-con (Houston) in 2008. He's full of mad skills.
Please consider inviting them, I think they'd be great!
