The websites says that it'd be available September 1st at midnight but the link redirects us to a bing search bar and says it isn't working, we also tried calling and mentioning the ACen room block but nothing was popping up. What to do, what to do?

If you want a suite, only put 1 or 2 guests. If suites are not listed, they probably were all book already.

I was able to successfully book a room via the Hyatt Passkey website (follow links found on ACen website under "Hotels") this past Sunday Sept 2nd. Note you can also specify your planned arrival time for each room guest, although I'm not sure what that will translate to in terms of actually getting your room when you check in...

Also note the room occupancy symbols. A single King room for example can have 3 guests.

The Hyatt sure made booking two rooms difficult and I said I had 4 guests per room and wanted names for every guest. She ended up just putting my name for all the guests in each room. Then to get 2 rooms I had to make a totally separate reservation. So I got two confirmation numbers and I'm all set for 2013, but I may switch to the Embassy Suites if I can get the double king rooms.

Yes that is correct. It sucks but it's the only way I found, and I called the Hyatt.

Usually they can do it pretty quickly. When I booked there before for two room, it took about 5 mins. Although they want to know the name of EVERYONE staying there. Kinda a pain but whatever

When they asked me and I said I didn't know yet the lady who booked my room just said "Ok, I'll put your name on all of the guests and you can change it later if you want.". Made it nice and easy.
