Hello once more all you tokusatsu cosplay fans!

I saw the pics of the big gathering of tokusatsu cosplayers at Otakon in Summer 2012, and I want to see if we can get more than them

So hopefully we can draw people who like Power Rangers, Super Sentai, Kamen Rider, Ultraman, Metal Heroes(even the US adaptions!) We had a really good showing last year but I would like to see if we can get even more people, esp with so many anniversary shows and movies being made Ask your friends or even drag them in kicking and screaming

I might do Wataru or Queen (1986) from Kiva. I would love to do Riki from Kiva but being girl it might be a little hard for me. I am huge Takigawa Eiji Fan!!!

Hello fellow Toku-fans, still hoping for a good turnout for our photoshoot, and as I mentioned before, I'm kinda hoping we can beat the number of toku cosplayers that were at a few recent cons like Otakon last year.

Who will we all get? Power Rangers/Super Sentai? Kamen Riders? Ultraman? Metal? Any other toku-related series? Heck even Sailor Moon is all right since it was also a toku series

And, yes, AkibaRanger counts too

I've been trying to get either a DragonRanger or a custom-made Rider suit (Zect-style, with Leangle-ish green-and-gold spider motif) built for years now, but I've never had the funds. Is it okay if I drop by to meet some of my fellow toku fans anyway and snap some pics?

So I'm fairly new to the cosplay world and I want to attend my first gathering as Astro Fighter Sunred. Would that count in your toku gathering?

Sure, I'd like to see rare toku series represented, I kinda know the feeling as I dunno if anyone else is doing Ultraman cosplay... ;;;

Actually they're the same group who were the Zyurangers/MMPR at the photoshoot. As for the Ryuki-cosplayer, he was cool, but I didn't see him at the photoshoot, sadly.

I wanted to thank everyone who came to the photoshoot or otherwise dressed as toku characters through the weekend. If anyone has any other pictures, please post the links to where we can find the pictures, like to facebook or personal albums.
