So my vote is for Crispin Freeman.
He's known for not only his anime voice acting: Alucard, Haji, Shizuo, Captain Tylor, Alex Row, Kyon...and many more, but also for his roles in games: Balmung from Final Fantasy, Superman from Justice League heroes, and so many more, along with western animation: Scott Lang from Earth's Mightest heros, Red Arrow from Young Justice, and Electro from Spectacular spiderman.
To make things even more interesting, he's hosted panels on Mythology, and to quote from wiki "Freeman is also an educator, giving classes, workshops, and performance lectures in Los Angeles, California, for which information can be found on his official website under "classes".[4] In addition to classes, Freeman releases a new voice acting podcast at the Voice Acting Mastery website every two weeks."
I think having him come back to ACen would be an amazing feet and given it's 16th year would be nice to see him since he has come at least three times before when ACen was first starting out.

On the plus side for Crispan is that the Funimation is releasing the Hellsing box set. Perfect way to work a deal with them is to have a Hellsing panel with some of the cast coming to talk about it? Come on ACen You know you want him back.
