Looking for Blue Spirit cosplayer named Celery Hahaha

While waiting in line for the Masquerade we came across a Blue Spirit (Avatar: The Last Airbender) cosplayer. When we asked him what his name was, we heard "Celery". His real name might be Sully or something like that...who knows.
POINT: We hung out for awhile but we had to leave him and didn't get to say good-bye:(

If anybody knows him let us know. Any pictures or something to links us back to him would be super helpful.
