[GITS SAC Motoko]

I think Richard Epcar would be an awesome guest for ACen 2013!!!! He is mostly known for the voice of Batou in all the Ghost in the Shell incarnations, and also plays many parts in the awesome Robotech as well and Daisuke in Lupin the III. He has showed up to a lot of cons, and ACen should be on that list! :3 In addition, and it would be super cool too if perhaps he and his wife Ellyn Stern--who is also a voice actress as well--who plays Haraway in Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence. Richard Epcar for ACen 2013!!!!!!! YEAH!!!

Yeah I need to still see it (blasphemous I know) but I would probably see it subbed since i Mostly watch subs but Richard Epcar is one of few dub actors I like since I feel he gets into his parts and takes them truly to heart. You can especially see that in Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence since he also directed the voice acting as well--and created what I think Batou's voice would be if spoken in English. The natural crazy deep bass in his voice. It sounds AMAZING.

Yeah I would die happy if I got to meet Richard Epcar <3 And yes I was at Anime Midwest, and thats awesome ! I was Motoko Kusanagi on her 2nd Gig outfit Saturday and Lucy from Elfen Lied (in the full helmet from the first episode) Friday and Sunday. ^^ did you cosplay at all?

Ahh no, I didn't, I took your picture like right outside the restaurant entrance, I was wearing a Hello Kitty T-shirt and was wearing glasses (don't know if that helps ). But awesome cosplay and sweet Tachikoma plushie by the way! I was upset I didn't make it to your panel since I'm a big Ghost in the Shell fan.

If only for the fact that he seems to really enjoy the characters that he does and plus I would love to hear his thoughts on the fact that there's become an resurgance in Kenshin, and his thoughts on the time that he was voicing the character of Seijuro. Please let him come to the next convention.

Oh! Oh! I do remember you!! I think I also hugged you too!!!! Well thanks I really appreciate the compliment a lot . And no worries, I'm going to be doing that panel again at ACen this year and another one that focuses on Stand Alone Complex so ACen is going to be quite philosophical this year :3. come if you can . I agree, he is super into his characters and you can tell he absolutely loves his job--so much he almost sees it as well, play. I listened to a podcast interview with him a few years back from Anime Pulse and he was such a cool guy and just loved talking about how he thought of his portrayal for characters and all. It was really cool actually to hear how he does things.
