Yuna Kagesaki is the manga artist who has done series usually with a dark twist in them.

Chibi Vampire (Karin): Romantic Comedy about a Vampire who has nose bleeds instead of drinking blood.
Oniichan Control: A brother obsessed with his sister fights his urges so he can continue to be a proud member of society, but his sister has other plans as she tries to drag him into the dark pit of incestual love.
AiON: Boy meets girl who happens to be a witch that hunts mermaids for revenge using dark magic that has made her immortal, good thing too since she dies a lot.

She's also done some other series but those are more NSFW style so I'll leave those out...

We haven't had a decent manga guest since 2008 with the Author of Gunsmith Cats, I think we're about due to appeal to the manga community that goes to ACen.
