It's that time again...

This is festival open to everyone. Feel free to invite anyone you please.

This day is a great opportunity for us to enjoy the festival, enjoy some good food, and meet & greet new & old friends.

If you all want to, we can set up a meet and greet before the event begins. Comment below if you are all interested.

The event will be held on August 4th and the address to the location is at 100 E. Algonquin Rd., Alrington Heights, IL 60005.

A reminder is to please keep yourselves away from wearing any type of cosplay. It is looked down upon and also disrespectful to the festival.

Other than that, hope to see everyone there.

***Note - Keep in mind that this day is the same day as Anime World Chicago 2012. I can understand if you prefer to be at the convention in Rosemont. This event are those who want something else to do other than AWC.***

Had a great time at the festival last year, but Anime World is the same weekend :(

Would it be bragging to say that I'll be on an airplane on the way to Japan that day?

If not for that, I'd be there.

"Festivities" officially start at 2:00pm

IIR many food places/booths/vendors are "cash only." Be prepared.

You may want to pack a chair, bring umbrella (for sun and/or rain).
