Best or favorite villian. Cuz we all love evil a little right?

So I started this on another fourm I'm on and it's been fun so I decided to do one on here. Who is your favorite villian in anime? Doesn't have to be new a current or well known. But also give reasons why you like the villian of course. I'll go with my current favorite. Blackbeard Teach from One Piece.

Yes, he's not the best fighter (cuz he gets hit by everyones attack all the time), or the best looking, or most charasmatic but what he makes up for in all that is one thing....Brains. This guy knows what he had and what to do to outsmart not only his ex-crew and every other pirate...but also the entire navy. And with his brains he is now the most powerful man in the entire world as well as the most dangerous crew. This guy is just pure awesome.

For sheer "OMG they can't stop her" terror, I'd have to go with Goldie from the Gunsmith Cats manga. It's worse when you realize that she actually gets away with most of what she does.

I don't know if Gendo Ikari counts, but if so--him. There's a reason why I cosplay as the man.
