Highly debating about doing Mao from Code Geass and the only two things that are pulling me away are his glasses and his headphones, Thinking that i can simply paint some old large headphones but the glasses are something i am not familiar with any ideas already wear glasses so would like to be able to just put them around my normal glasses here is a pic, any help would be great thanks

No; he wears more of a visor so it's not a good idea to use basic glasses for that.
I would suggest having headphones and gluing a visor to the earpieces or a type of visor frame, rather than standard glasses. You can find tints for those but I have no idea, outside of ebay/internet, where you buy them at.
Also remember to look up how to design/paint headphones before you attempt it.
