I was wondering if anyone had any tips or know what to use for painting a boxing glove? Not sure what kind to use, and don't want the thing cracking too much, or the paint coming off easily :/

Jacquard makes paints that many people use for painting leather. You might try looking up a boot or shoe painting tutorial to give you some starting ideas.

Thanks for the info! Looking through the different paint types, do you happen to know if the Neopqaue one is the one that works on leather? I noticed some of the paint mentions working on leather, but that one didn't specify :/

I think it does. I don't see why it wouldn't. You coudl try it on a small area first, to see if you like it. I'd also think about sealing the paint with a clear sealer of some kind too.

If they're leather, you may want to try a stain. It will take a few layers, but it will treat the material much nicer. http://www.tandyleat...eather-dye.aspx

Thanks for the link cactusmomma! I'm going to try the Jacquard stuff first, and if that doesn't work, I'll try the leather dye. Someone suggested I should try Rit dye too, but not sure how well that might work for boxing gloves

Rit would work on the lining inside, but not on leather.
