Masquerade Question Never been to the Masq. so I wonder..

I know that it's a long long wait to get into the Masquerade. Some people I'm sure, would have to use the restroom at some point maybe...
if it were to come to that, would it be best to 'hold' it or would an IRT be kind enough to reserve your spot in line for a moment until you come back? My cousin and I are considering going to the Masquerade next year, but due to health reasons like this, she wanted me to find out for her.
