Just wondering if anyone here is planning on going to the cosplay prom this weekend. (May12)

After all cosplay prom sounds much more fun than normal prom. XP

I'm still debating. I plan on being at the staff meeting before hand once I know what's going on with my uncle's birthday get together during the same time that afternoon. As far as the actual prom, I don't know.

As of today, I'm going. :3. I'm actually pretty excited. It didn't expect to go, but I'm glad I've decided to go now that I have friends that asked me to go with them . should be a good Saturday and make up for a prom I never went to! XD

I've been to prom twice.

I'll be there! Only went to one prom and one homecoming in high school, with the convention crowd there and knowing some good friends are going, I'm very sure this will be way better. The two events I went during high school weren't bad, but again a better crowd and cosplay = likely a better experience!

Crystal Ball while not as good as it could have been was fun because of the people I was with! This event is $15 cheaper, so come on Cosplay Prom show us that you're full of awesomeness.

And for those wondering, I will be there as Pee-Wee Herman along with my pal Globey.

i feel overall now I have won the prom battle. I get to be with awesome people, its anime based, and ten bucks. HECK YEAH. And STVO....I wasn't supposed to say this but I will...you are performing. you just dont know it yet. :3

I was there, although I was mainly patroling to make sure nothing was going on that could get the convention kicked out before it had a chance to happen later this year, people found there way to the event , and checking on the water. I did get in on some of the dance here and there

I wish they made more water available. There were times when it was like "gaaaah no H20!!!!" but over all I thought it was an awesome time I hope they have it next year. :3

True, We were working on that. But once the gave us the two brown large water coolers ,things went a little bit smoother. I don't think the hotel knew what to expect. Hopefully, this will go off more without a hitch in July during the con itself.

Yeah I noticed the coolers and I was like YESSSS! It was awesome! And cool I'm ready for July it's going to be great! I hope this goes on next year and with more people it really was a lot of fun.
