So I have now started construction of Lea/Axel's keyblade from Dream Drop. It's a lot harder than I thought it would be but everything is now cut out @___@ I might post some pictures of the progress soon! :3

Welp, I think Armored!Ven is out of the question for me this year (waaaay too many commissions). Also, Loki might take a break as well, so I'll probably just show up as G1 Sora. Unless I can finish the DDD Sora and Riku outfits. >___>

Hey peeps we should start trying to determine a time, day, and location for the photoshoot! I would prefer something after 12pm on a Saturday, but what do all of you think? We need a location unless people are okay with it being at the Treepatch again. Let me know ASAP so I can submit the form when they become available!

Ill be going as Aqua and Xion. For the shoot, Ill most likely be Aqua. And... I didnt mind the Treepatch last year, since the rain wasnt an issue. I just didnt like the wet mud. M'keyblade and m'boots were a'sinking! That also presented a problem for photograph shots that required you to be on the ground in certain areas. So... theres no way to be Merlin or Master Yen Sid and predict the forecast, but those are just things to consider.

Tree patch. Saturday. Sounds good. Time? Uhh....whenever in the afternoon. 1pm, 2pm, 3pm. Hopefully I'll have a hotel room and can change quickly.

I went ahead and submitted the photoshoot request form an hour ago. Right now it looks like the time slot will be either 2:30pm or 3pm on Saturday.

The treepatch is being moved to under a tower awning [I don't know what that looks like], so I'm trying to see if we can get something else with a better background [that isn't the loading docks]

I would assume that the Tower Awning is the section behind the Treepatch shown in the picture in the back to the right side.

Okay! So my line-up of costumes has changed slightly. I am bringing back Riku no matter what. But I also might be bringing back Aqua, and then I'm going to be Ino Yamanaka from Naruto because my boyfriend asked me to. XD
I'll probably end up bringing Riku to the photoshoot again. And I think I've convinced my boyfriend to come as Lexaeus. =D

I'm a big maybe this year. After cosplaying Sora for years... my costume is a bit torn up. I have a lot of cosplays I'm doing this year for other cons, and I'm also big in medieval reenactment and have a ton of costumes to make for that, too.

BUT, I absolutely LOVE the KH gathering. Everyone is so welcoming and enjoyable, and I always have a fantastic time. So I really hope I can get that costume done in time.

On a different note, our photoshoot location is still kind of up in the air until the issues with locations are sorted out [if you don't know what I am talking about visit the photoshoot gathering thread]. I will definitely update all of you once I figure out where we are going to be put for the photoshoot. Stay tuned for more craziness.

It's almost March. Start getting those cosplays finished/started! :3
