2012 ACen feedback -- EMRT (Medical) Location to provide feedback, both good and bad about EMRT

Hello everyone who attended Acen 2012 and thank you for coming. I am starting up this new thread for feedback about any experiences you had with EMRT in the concenter or the hotel. This includes dealing with either just a First Aid provider or the actual EMTs who respond to the emergencies through the convention center and hotel. This is important to us in determining what changes are needed for Acen in 2013. We appreciate any critical feedback and especially appreciate any positive feedback.
Thank you for your time in responding to this thread.

I would like to thank the EMT Lady who was near by in the Lady's Washroom when I got a paper cut from the badge. If I didn't spot you I would have taken longer to get back to my register leaving people in the line longer. Too bad you couldn't wear your bell(s) like me.

MsLovelyCookie, are you referring to the Registration area in the Convention Center where you were taken care of.

I want to say THANK YOU to those who assisted me during the fire alarm. I wish I could remember names. I was assisted down a large flight of stairs and attended to while outside. I have a heart condition which was aggravated. I truly appreciate all of the assistance from the DH (I forget her department) who initially helped me and brought a chair as well as the medics who assisted me outside and back to my room (I'm "no Speedy Gonzales"). I am very pleased with how the situation was handled and want to get that praise out there to those who deserve it. Thank you once again.

While on duty at the Special Needs Office Friday Night we had an incident. The EMRT responded promptly addressed the problem efficiently and were all things one could want. I am very grateful for how well and smoothly the matter was handled. A job well done and praise to all.
