guy dressed as SebastiAn my friends saw him but didn't take pictures

If anyone took pictures or at least knows who I'm talking about, I'd really like to find this guy. As far as I know, we were the only guys who were SebastiAn and I think it's mega badass that he dressed as him, haha.

False alarm, my friends thought I was into Sebastian from Black Butler, not Sebastian Akchote, and the guy they pulled over was the former, haha. Thanks though!
