I've been counting down all year, and it's finally almost here!

what are you doing these last couple days to get ready?

I'm doing some packing...And making sure I packed everything we need. x-x
We had to pack every thing for two people...In one backpack. Luckily only one of us is cosplaying. >.>;
Oi, not having a car really sets you back a lot.

Tomorrow night I have to give my wig a nice wash, and then I should be set.

Helping my roommate with last minute cosplay stuff.And buying snacks to keep in my purse and stuff that can be made using a coffee pot.Stocking up on aloe drinks.Making sure I have emergency cosplay repair stuff.Trying everything on over and over again to make sure everything is staying in place.Checking the time a lot. ;P

I got a bit more packing to do tonight and tomorrow, but other than that we're in good shape.

I got my hair dyed a nice shade of purple yesterday so I'm all set for the weekend!

Still painting shirts right now lol. Tomorrow I have to dye my own hair and make contact cards.

My studio partner and I also just decided to make a sketchbook to collect drawings from people on our con travels.

I have so much left to do today, but so far I had my hair cut & colored, went grocery shopping, and picked up a wand from a friend of mine for a cosplay. Now I have to bake cookies for myself and my friends/hotel roomies, make dinner, pack, pack more stuff, check over to see if I missed anything a billion times but still probably won't be able to sleep because I will be afraid I forgot something, make lists, double check schedules... and probably other things but I forget atm... Going to be arriving at the hotel thursday afternoon...toodles!

Mainly since i'm not cosplaying, and I go by the saying "whatever happens, happens"

At the last second, my friend told me that we may be stopping at Steak and Shake for lunch on Friday morning/afternoon before we head to Mitsuwa and the con. Thankfully I have coupons, so that'll be a money saver for the five of us. ^^

Otherwise, it's just the typical last-minute panic. "Do I have this? Is this packed? OMG, did I forget this!?" kind of thing. XD

My packing list this year is pretty simple. Will make sure I write things down on Thursday morning, so that I will have all the essentials with me on Friday.

Thankfully the only homework I know of right now, is a poster I have to make that's due Tuesday.
It's basically just some info on the wheel of fortune, the coke vs pepsi wars, and aircraft airjacking.

Today my plans are,
- Wash the wig
- do my eyebrows
- charge phone
- GO TO BED EARRRLLLLYYYYY
I feel like there was something else I had to do.


This week was ACT week for Juniors, so us Seniors got tues and weds off. And today is a half day. 8D
And tomorrow is prom so we have it off.
PROM = OVERRATED

Lol! I didn't go to my prom I worked instead. Didn't miss much I heard! Today I finish a shirt, make contact cards, little things that will keep me busy. Also going to bed early!!

last night i pulled am all nighter to finish me friends costume, LOL long story short ive been busy over the past 2 weeks cuz i already had gaaras gourd and a rasen shuriken to pull together then my other friend asked me to make him a giant battle axe type weapon(exicutioner from resident evil 5) needless to say its not "perfect" but with a cleaver paint job to hide defects its con worthy...im gonna finish packing soon then go to matsuwa for dinner tonight (and stuff to munch on), then get a good nights rest for tomorrow

I'm gonna bring a scarf to put on my head while I'm outside.

My prom is next week. I'm heading straight to Acen right after I get out of school. mom is picking me up to get my bookbag and drop me off at Illinois medical district.
