The ACen Guidebook, has now been made public! Enjoy as you can build your own custom schedules and to-do lists! To get the App visit My link :thumbup: Make sure your download before the convention. If we have updates to schedules at the convention or before, it will let you know in the app, an tell you to update. we look forward to seeing you next week!

Just downloaded it and I'm loving it! Helped me planned out my days a ton by having all the schedules in one place!

I won't be able to use this on my phone, but since I can see this on my computer regardless, I'm loving that I can fully plan out what I want to do before I go to the con and can discuss it with my friends. Thank you! ^^

And I'm pretty sure they will still have a printed booklet at the convention as well for people that can't access this on their phones and the like. :)

There is a printed guidebook at con, you will want to check for schedule changes when you pick it up, because it wont have the last minute changes in it.

So out of curiosity, to meet/get an autograph from Masashi Hamauzu, I would have to attend things that IMERUAT is a part of? o3o Otherwise I can't find him anywhere in the guidebook other than the "Guests of Honor/Special Entertainer" section.

Nice app. Works well. But I did notice a schedule error on Friday night. Both Hentai Hell and Hentarmegeddon are listed at the same time, same room on Friday night. According to the spreadsheet in the panel section of the website, Hentai Hell should be friday night, and Hentarmageddon should be Sat night. Not sure if there are other errors offhand. I just happened to notice this one.

Also noticed the 'Saturday Night Parody Panel' is listed under Friday's panel listings. Might want to have a QC of the listings. I'm sure there are other ones listed under the wrong day.

Also noticed that Switch on: A Kamen Rider Panel is listed in the app as being at 5:30 PM on Friday but he PDF on the website has it at 8:15 PM I believe.

ATM the pdf is the same as our internal schedule, we are updating the app with the changes and the discrepancies we have been made aware of. Before con we will do another check over to make sure everything matches up.

Can someone tell me how they are able to make a custom schedule, or add events to an agenda? I am using the guidebook from my web browser (not from a mobile device) and I can't seem to figure it out. I can look at the details of each event, but there is no way to interact with it.

If you click on an event like a panel, at the bottom is a button "Add to My Schedule". That's all I know for now, haven't fully played with it myself.

I think that's only possible in the Android/iPhone/Blackberry app, not the browser version.
