I didn't see a topic yet, so I'll slap this up.. Does anyone still do the Pokemon TCG?

My friend I'm coming with and I still have a deck and figured.. "Heck, lets bring them if some other people are still into it a little."

So who wants to lay the PokeSmackdown on us?

There is already a topic for this. But while I'm here, bring two decks, and I'll give you a game. I can't afford to keep up with it myself, but I know the rules and read some articles.

Drat I must've managed to look right over it! Not going to lie, though, I still don't see it lol.

Anywho, I'll make sure to drag along at least my one that's semi-recent. It's not tournament legal or anything because of older cards, but a tournament this is not.

Yea I'm looking forward to it too! My deck will get destroyed :P Itll be nice to learn some new things though since we dont really have anywhere to play around here!

I threw together a jank deck with what I have. I'm ready to play (and lose) any time Friday and Sunday. If anyone wants to figure out a meet up time to play and trade, let's do it here.

Well I see I have some interesting things to do on Friday and Sat evening... Photoshoots and stuff. I think Friday starts at 5pm for me. We'll probably we in and around by noon or so I would imagine.

However, Sunday is super open for me, too.. nothing really going on at all. It's late in the con, but it may work well.

My deck is slapped together and packed!
Since we don't have a real time or anything picked out if anyone wants to play shoot me a text 7154325776!!!

Creepers need not apply.. Gonna trust the maturity that it won't get abused lol.. Although perhaps getting a crank call would spice things up a bit.

I'm gonna bring a very small book of traders (whatever I pulled from three tins) with me tomorrow. Anyone wanna hang out tomorrow at some point?

I walked around a bit and swung by the tabletop gaming area and no one had a deck. So far I just played a couple games with my buddy who brought his deck, too.


Maybe.. like above the escalators in the lobby area of the Hyatt around 1 perhaps? There's usually a little free space on the tables around that area.

My deck is non-functional at this point as I am missing too much to play it effectively. I do have a couple things to trade, though! My main goal for tomorrow (aside from meeting up) is scoring a playmat of some type without paying any out of pocket.

I don't have anything crazy to trade, but I'm bringing a Regigigas EX full art and a Hydregion hidden rare from B&W along with a few smaller cards.

Whatever the case, I will try my best to meet you up tomorrow around 1, and I'll text you for sure.

All I have with me is my deck and meowth collection, but I'll roll em with and heck I dunno, Maybe you can use my deck to play against my friend or something (he's sick of playing me lol).

Is anyone thinking about getting some Pokemon TCG games going this year at ACen? I'm thinking about bringing a few of my decks and I'm betting my gf will as well...

I'm in. I've only ever played casually, so I don't know if my decks are tournament-caliber, but in casual games they kick serious butt. You guys are on :) Look for the Sith Lord with a tail.
