have you guys ever found yourself up most of the night or all of the night do to stuff on your mind or something going on that just effects your normal sleep pattern?.......recently i had knee surgery and had alot of other stressful things happen in my life and now i just find myself up all night.....so now i am starting to wonder is there other con goers that have this happen to them and if so how do they cope with it or solve this?

Fellow insomniac here. I know that feel. Take 5 or 6 milligrams of Melatonin and wait until it hits you, then go right to bed before any second wind can kick in.

OMG I can totally relate as well, I'll just watch anime or play video games when I'm up. If the situation's just right, I can stay up all night drawing/painting

Sunday Night/Monday Morning is a time where I have trouble sleeping on a fairly regular basis.

Depending on whats going on in my life, definitely insomniac some nights. Typically its thinking about things that I'd rather not which makes me get out of bed to kill virtual things to get my mind off other things which keeps me up longer. Its a vicious cycle, lol.

Yep, total night owl. Given the choice, I would sleep from 4am to noon. Alas, the real world doesn't work like that, so I have to exercise (tire myself out) and occasionally take melatonin. Even that sometimes doesn't work, so for some reason, a sleep mask does the trick.

Spring is my worst sleep season too. :\

I've never been able to sleep with a mask on...for some reason..I just can't do it...

Ever since I've been out of work, I realized my sleep schedule is more normal than when I was working. Since I'd usually work long days or late nights, waking up early was always a challenge and I'd stay up until ungodly times of the morning, then wake up around noon unless I had to work early.

Now I've been getting up at around 9 to 10 AM and going to bed around midnight, mostly due to lack of responsibility/work.

Try sleepless always.I barely sleep.When I do, my circadian rhythm is so f***ed that I end up sleeping until 3pm.

i used to have that problem... now i find myself having a hard time sleeping the whole night through. I wake up at least once or twice which i never used to do.. also my thing of late is waking up about an hour, hour and a half before the alarm goes off in the morning... its rather quite annoying

The last two days I haven't even been able to get to sleep/stay asleep.
Could it be the pre-ACen jitters?

Or could it be that I think my house is haunted and there's always a man staring at me from the closet?
