Hi, everybody! Your friendly neighborhood Smokey here. We've got a great convention for you this year, and we want to make sure that every single person attending gets to enjoy everything that Anime Central has to offer.

If you have a physical challenge, medical condition or some other situation that could hinder your full participation, we have a whole department here to make sure you won't get left out. Simply stop by either of our Special Needs Help Desks and we'll work with you to find the best way to clear all of the barriers (Proof of condition may be required.)

Even if you're doing OK, stop and say Hello anyway and we'll set you up with one of our MedicInfo cards. It attaches to your badge, and if you should happen to get flattened by fanboy funk, squished by a Red Bull fueled glomper or even get tangled up in a magical girl's henshin, our awesome medical staff will have your most vital information waiting for them when they arrive.

Our friendly, caring staff is experienced in interacting with people who have a wide variety of special needs, and will keep any personal information you may need to share in the strictest confidence. Any complaints are personally addressed by me, the Department Head.

We have two locations:

In the Stephens Convention Center, we're right at the bottom of the steps, or a quick left from the bottom of the wheelchair ramp leading down from the lobby, right at the entrance to Registration. Our hours there are Thursday from 4 to 10, Friday from 8 to 10, Saturday from 8 to 6 and Sunday from 8 to 2.

In the Hyatt, you can find us on the ground floor in the Grand Boardroom, located in the hallway connecting the lobby area and the Main Ballroom, right next door to the Ladies Room. Our hours there are Thursday from 4 to 10, Friday and Saturday from 8 to 10 and Sunday from 8 to 4.

After hours you can get our assistance through the Emergency Service's Night Desk at the Hyatt. You can find that on the second floor (Lobby Level) outside the glass doors directly across the lobby from the Hotel Desk.
The Special Needs & ADA Compliance Department is dedicated to making sure that nobody has to miss anything that ACen has to offer because of a physical challenge or medical condition.
