Picking up other people's badges?

I was wondering if you can pick up your friend's badges? cause my brother ordered ours with the same credit card and he is going early and i was wondering if he could also pic up my badge at will call, is this allowed?

I've never tried anything like this but does your brother still have the receipt on his email? Sometimes, the people that work in the badge line would want to see that if he paid for other people for proof.
