Inazuma Eleven 2 UK sells for £25-28 (before shipping) on two major online retailers. That's the equivalent of $33-38. (Inzauma 1 is a bit less.) I want to buy at least one of these games...

Idolmaster SP and LovePlus+ are also region free. The former game has a partial translation, and an older version of the latter game is fully translated. Unfortunately, even if I buy the right versions of the import games, they won't work with the patches.

Actually, NieR RepliCant is import-only. The US version for both PS3 and 360 is identical to the Japanese 360 version. The Japanese PS3 version has a different protagonist and a slightly different story. NieR RepliCant is both out of print and a Japanese import.

I believe so. I didn't think the PS3 has a region lockout (for games)..say unlike the 360.

False. 360 is not region locked. Some American games have region locking on them, but the majority play just fine on my Japanese system. Just saying

Unfortunately xbox 360 IS REGION LOCKED. Most US games are REgion Free but most of Japanese games are Region Locked. We will have the very few Region Free ones, mostly the Bullet Hell Shooters
