Okay i know its a little early for this and with acen being just around the corner I'd figure i would start this thread early

I unfortunately didn't get his callsign, but a big thanks to the tall, bearded, kilt-wearing IRT who helped me on Thursday afternoon. I had no idea where to pick up my AA badge, and after being tossed between a few other IRT members, he went above and beyond by kindly walking me right to where I needed to go, and even made sure I had help keeping the doors open as I walked in and out during setup. Thank you!

Also, to all of the kind IRT folks(and AA staff in general)--thank you for making sure I knew who to go to if I had any issues or questions. They made set up/tear down and my overall experience in the AA a complete and total pleasure.

Last year as a normal con-goer I only had one (minor) negative experience with IRT staff in the AA when I had just gotten out of the line and went into the AA/Dealers area, only to be rudely told to get out because they were closed. This year though, the IRT ushering people out were much more polite and friendly to con-goers, which I really appreciated both as a con-goer and an artist trying to make last-minute sales.

Also a big thanks to Amazon(I am 99% sure that's her callsign) for being so helpful. I remember admiring her crowd/line-control skills last year during registration, as well as on Thursday this year, and I just wanted to give her a shoutout.

All in all, I think IRT did a great job this year with handling all of the issues that pooped up. I thank you all for your time, patience, and overall helpfullness/kindness. I hope I run into you all next year!

I tried to remember callsigns in order to compliment the good IRT I encountered, but there were so many of them that I couldn't! I don't think I had a single less-than-excellent experience with IRT this year. Every single one I came into contact with was helpful, polite, and very professional. Even during stressful situations I didn't see anyone get angry, rude, or power-trippy - whatever y'all did this year to work on people skills, it really showed! Thanks for being awesome!

Thanatos especially because he was so nice in getting me into the rave on both Friday and Saturday nights. I danced a bit, sat down a bit, danced a bit, sat down a bit, then just sat down because two turns is about all I can take. xD

Those of you who responded when I had the (now certain) seizure at(fter) Hardcore Synergy thanks to some dumbarse toking up nearby, I wanted to say thank you guys for the quick responses, and for actually taking a complaint about weed seriously (years of being blown off here had me sadly jaded, so imagine my surprise!). Most of IRT seemed on their A-game and better informed than usual, so keep it up! :)

Haha, it's hard to forget you! I actually come from a mom who is about 6'3 (yet somehow ended up being 5'2) so any tall ladies who own their height I come into contact with are hard to forget, I guess.

Plus, last year when we were waiting in the pre-reg line, you were the only one to make announcements to MULTIPLE SEGMENTS of the line at a time... which was so incredibly helpful! It made us feel like everything was under control, and like we actually knew what was going on. The rest of IRT I saw would only make one announcement at the front of the line which was almost impossible to hear if you were more than 30 people back. So, thanks!

I hope I run into you again next year.
