Hello!

I'm so excited that I get to run my Puella Magi Madoka Magica panel at Acen!

As for the panel itself, as by now I hope most of you reading this description has already seen (part of) the series, I won't be necessarily diving into reviewing the story, but more all of the surrounding media, what the series changed, character interactions, the witches, and some fan released content, what was really ment by X, Y, or Z... If you're looking for the series in a regurgitated format... that won't necessarily happen here. What will happen... is hopefully you finding out some information about the series and plot that you did not know before... like why the school walls are made out of glass!

There may also be time, at the end, as I finally got a whole 2 hours, for questions and discussion in the last maybe 20 minutes... if I don't fill it with "stuff".

The basic premise of the panel, if you've attended it before, isn't going to change... though, there will be new information in regards to the story as the game that has been recently released has changed some plot information... or even totally re-written some!

Further, I plan on remaking the whole presentation for more fan guided running... what does this mean... well, I'm hoping to make it so we can actually chose topics we hit to a moderate degree as what I find interesting, some may not... so, I'm hoping to modify it to allow the ability to jump around but still be organized... This'll be exciting... I hope.

I hope to see a bunch of puella magi fans at this and I can't wait to check out the puella magi cosplay that will be there (including myself)!

You are on my list of panels to certainly try and see! Love the series so far and this panel sounds like lots of fun!

Hi! I'm running the other Madoka panel ( Burn All the Witches), and I look forward to seeing both of yours, assuming I can make them! It's such an excellent show.

Mine's mostly going to be about Madoka's connection to Faust, for the record.
South Korea likes breasts.
Ukraine has breasts.
She has them in spades.
If South Korea and Ukraine were to hook up...
Then South Korea would never have a shortage of breasts ever again.

Ha, mine has about 20 minutes of this too... hmm. Oh well, I suppose. I guess overlap is expected when a con has multiple panels for the same anime. Though, if yours is mainly covering Faust, then that'll be interesting... but unfortunately my adult mahou shoujo one overlaps with it =/ Ahh well. I can catch the second half of it at least!

We do our best to make sure there isn't much overlap based on the synopsis/outlines submitted for panel applications, so hopefully they don't overlap too much :)

The answer is clear...

...you must Kung-Fu Fight! =P

Naw, in regards to overlapping content, I do touch on it for a short period; however, the gist of my panel isn't anywhere entirely about that. I do have a section that covers some of the bigger references to Faust, but out of my whole presentation its like... maybe 3 or 4 slides... it's kind of hard not to cover it some as there is actually so much Faust in the series...

The empty spaces you see are either incredibly small rooms (50 or less people) or class rooms meant for crafts that only seat 30. Our new schedule will be posted soon.

Sorry :( I didnt mean to be taken badly. Madoka is my new favorite show and I was hoping to be able to attend all panels related to it.

Though maybe you could list somewhere the rooms with their capacity limits? This would help those who are trying to plan there weekend and want to attend panels that may be timed closed together.

Helps with planning on attending popular panels, so you dont stand in line with no hope of getting in. Ive counted people as I walk up to a line for a panel. If I hit a certain number and room looks small I just keep walking, and look for other things to do ;) I have bone spurs in my foot and standing for more than 20 minutes with no movement just hurts to much if all the chairs are taken and only standing room is available :)

I look forward to seeing the final panel list when it is put up!!

I think the room that my Madoka panel is scheduled in is rather large... I think 150+ seating capacity; though, in regards to how large Acen is in total.. Eh. We'll just have to see how it goes.
