So cosplay is considered "On-Topic" now? Or did it just get moved temporarily?

Friday: Atelier Pierrot Fashion Show Model (8am-2pm), Levy [Fairy Tail] (2pm-5pm), Vaporeon [Pokemon] (5pm-end)
Saturday: Mint Neko Fashion Show Model (8am-2pm), Vaporeon [Pokemon] (2pm-end)
Sunday: Levy [Fairy Tail] (all day)
Possibly Houndoom [Pokemon] part of Sunday.

It's moved for good now as cosplay is an active part of the masquerade/costuming events department. Since much of the planning and inner workings are done on these forums, they're pretty relevant to the con, no?
