I cant believe how wonderful it feels outside today. Next Monday is gonna be in the 80s :thumbup: AND ITS FREAKIN MARCH! Last year its was still on the cool side. Who else is loving this and lets hope its stays like this for ACen :happydance:

The evenings are even better--daylight savings, warm breezes....god I love this weather. Feels nice to see the SUN again!!! I just hope this isn't some "breath before the plunge" because of global warming or something. XD

I love the weather but I hope it stays fairly moderate for those of you doing mascot-type cosplay! I know my friend usually ran around as Teddy from Persona 4 and it gets really warm. Also, running around with like 3 layers of coats/shirts for rip van winkle gets quite warm too XD Last year I had to strip down quite a bit because we had to make like 4 trips from the Double Tree parking to the Hyatt with all of our stuff (up 2 flights to the parking garage, down two flights, walk over to the hyatt, up six flights, down six flights walk over to the double tree parking. Wash rinse, repeat. XD) I'm excited to see all the new and returning cosplay this year with this awesome weather too!

This weather is great. I'm much more motivated to go work out and get in shape for ACen now. I hope it stays this way too, that way we can walk all over outside for ACen without worries.

Sadly, I'm currently sick or else I'd be out enjoying this nice weather, but I currently have the windows open a bit, so I'm at least getting a bit of the nice breeze and sunlight. :)

Hopefully it'll be like this for A-Cen. While my friends and I are staying at the Hyatt and likely will be using the Skywalk to go back and forth between the hotel and the convention center, it'd be nice if the weather is good for the walks to McDonalds and to the Doubletree for any panels we will/may be attending. :)

It's creeping into the 50's out here, but next week we're looking like we're getting back down to the 40's and have a high chance of rain and/or snow.

It is nice i agree, but i like cold weather better. The weather by me is pretty much perfect though, and i hope it stays this way for ACEN. The only real problem with weather at ACEN is usually only if it rains, and some people complain in the soap bubble line is to cold sometimes (if you are outside at night), but i normally enjoy the weather there. :)

60 and sunny! I love it! B) I can finally start wearing my sunglasses and have more motivation to move around. Winter weather zombifies me. I really hope it stays this nice.

I absolutely love how the weather has been the last couple of days as well! Especially today~
Not to hot, yet not to cold~ Just the right temperature. = w=)//

And I really hope it won't snow anytime soon...
I'm sick of snow. Who wants snow when spring is almost here?

80s? In March? Y'know what this means? Likely heat wave this summer. Ugh, that's gonna suck training for the marathon. At least, con-time is late April, which gives a pretty good chance in the 60s-70s.

It was gorgeous all day.And I was chilling out in Kohl's, working.All the while gazing longingly out the front windows.
Did anybody in the northern suburbs actually take advantage of the weather today?

I did! The fiancee and I went for a nice walk to the lake shore, and followed that stroll back with a trip to our local gastropub where we planted ourselves in their outdoor seating area.

I love the weather but I hope its a little cooler for acen like around 60, as for snow you never know. The local news channel keeps saying in 1990 on May 10th we had 10 inches of snow and then they say we're not out of it yet... I don't believe in jinking so I'm not worried.

I'm also worried about my cosplay being too warm now! Sweaters, skirts and tights but thankfully both photoshoots are in the evening so it'll be a little cooler then. I'm loving this warm weather, It's soooo nice. I really hope it lasts. The only bummer is that I'm still in class during the day so I have to stare wistfully out the window all the time. xD

Not ditching the sweaters quite yet. This is Chicago after all and I know the weather can change at the drop of a hat. But for now im enjoying this :D
