Please check out our updated panels schedule at http://www.acen.org/...nel-programming a large amount of the schedule has changed since our last update. We have 242 panels this year!

If you see conflicting panels like 5 Sailor Moon panels at once please let us know at PanelProgramming@ACen.org and we'll do our best to fix it.

Panelists - Look for all of your panels and contact us ASAP if there are any issues. For time changes we will only change the time if you absolutely cannot host during that time.

Good reasons to change your time:
- I won't be at the convention yet
- You have me scheduled for 2 panels at once
- I'm participating in the Masquerade

Bad reasons to change your time which won't be accepted:
- No one is at the convention Friday! (10,000 people pre register for ACen, and 5,000 go through the hall on Thursday alone. Yes, there are people there)
- I'm not wearing the right cosplay that day (find time to change)
- No one is awake that early (the first panel is at 9am, people are awake and we are going to provide programming for them)
- Sunday sucks for attendance (People do come on Sunday, it is less than Saturday but it is still thousands of people and they need something to do)

Our program book is going to be sent to print soon. If you don't have your changes in to us before then your panel will probably need to be canceled. Don't wait! We are being lenient with the last 60 panels that were recently approved.

Looks good so far! I did notice that on Friday around 5:45 that the Henshin! A Recent History of Tokusatsu and Switch on: A Kamen Rider Panel overlap. Named differently but both are covering the same thing. That's the only real conflict I've seen so far.

Both of my group's DDR workshops (all ages, & kids) are at the same time Sunday in two different hotels, and appear set to be running 3 times altogether (the extra isn't labeled for all ages or 14+, so dunno about that)? I know I need send a conflict alert about the times, but what about the extra run? Was that a typo, or are we actually going to be running it 3 times Sunday? I'm sending a time conflict email as I type this; please advise on the mysterious 3rd run so I can inform my group? Thanks kindly in advance.

I'm not a panelist but I know I mentioned this on the cosplay photoshoot topic for the Madoka gathering earlier this year when the schedules were still being constructed. There was a schedule conflict with the Burn All the Witches panel and the Madoka photoshoot which did get fixed when the official photoshoot schedule got released. But on this updated panel schedule for Friday night, the Madoka photoshoot (11 PM-Midnight on Friday) once again conflicts with the rescheduled Burn All the Witches panel at 10:30 PM-12:15 AM Friday. I know there's a Saturday photoshoot for Madoka as well, but I was thinking this conflict on Friday might split the Madoka fans into choosing between a panel or a photoshoot or render the Friday shoot irrelevant since everyone will just go to the Saturday one. I do hope to attend both the shoot and panel if possible.

I can talk to photo shoots to see if they can adjust theirs. There are a number modaka panels this year so it may be hard to adjust. We'll see if we can fix it

Yeah, I am a bit concerned about that, since our panel and the KR group are covering the same thing(well, considering the KR genre of tokusatsu anyway). Is there a way to separate the two panels a bit more time-wise?

Yes, there is an actual legit wedding on Friday. It is the couple who got engaged in masquerade last year, they will be getting married this year. The wedding on Saturday is a "cosplay wedding" and not a real wedding like Friday's.

Hi, I hope it's okay to ask here -- I sent an email but didn't get a response yet. I'm one of the panelists for a recently approved panel (the Lolita Fashion Show at 7pm on Saturday). There aren't any conflicts with other panels (thank you!), but is there a way to try to avoid conflicts with other Lolita-oriented events? There are so many this year (yay!) like the Japanese guest designer fashion shows/panels, and the Angelic Pretty tea party. (Also please let me know if I should direct my question to a different department.)

We have lots of emails to go through in the box, we are a bit delayed in getting responses due to the brief rush of schedule emails. Chelsea is working through them and will answer as soon as shes able as its easier for one person to focus on scheduling. As for the request we will do all we can to honor that request, but with so many lolita events and primetime requests etc, we can't make any promises.

alright, so it looks like my panel Ask A Nation! is scheduled for Friday at 12:30-1:00 i am confused because i requested an hour long time slot. would this still be able to be fixed to run an hour? let me know. thank you! :]

I think you're just looking at the text boxes? The slot is 12:45 to 2:45 when I look at the schedule that's on our site.

for me it shows ask a nation from 12:30pm - 1:00pm and right under it is anime freak's panel group from 1:00pm-2:45pm. it looks like one big block but that's not all listed as us.

So when do you think you will have the final panel list up with everything on it?? I am waiting to see where/who all the guest panels are gonna be and autograph sessions to hopefully

And looking at the current panel list, when reading it I assume that I go with the time listed above the panel box lines to figure the length and start of a panel? It reads a little confusing in some areas...
