You may be able to arrange for a late checkout time when you check-in. If you are at a Hilton affiliate and have a Hilton Honors membership it may not even cost any extra, that is what i am planning to do.

I'll figure something out -- though I'm at the Hyatt and late checkout usually seems granted only til noon or so -- not 2.

Too bad the timing of this will basically overrun the traditional chigothloli swap meet on sunday morning.

I've got a couple comments about the ticket orders.

There were 15 orders with no notes in the order comments. 3 of those purchasers have since sent me the necessary information. If you are one of the remaining 12 people, we are assuming that you were purchasing for the badge that is also on your account. If that information is inaccurate, you must contact me by the end of day Monday. If that is correct, please do nothing. The ticket and badge on the same account will be bound.

Second, if you are in Artist Alley, you still need to purchase a badge. I cannot guarantee we can get the ticket and badge linked if you wait in the reg line on Thursday to buy your badge. Please purchase it for will call as soon as possible.

ACen Staff who purchased... please make sure you have the time off to attend the tea party. Please make those arrangements with your DH.

Lastly, the good news. Everyone who purchased the tickets as a gift and mentioned it in the comments (3 orders), everything went well. The tickets will be bound to the recipients properly.

EL Ken, I have a question regarding the dress requirements (i did read what you posted about it but a little unclear). Sorry beforehand, I know there was a lot of talk about this in the thread but, I'm a person who needs a neon sign with giant arrows. Is it okay if I wear a handmade dress with AP accessories (socks, purse etc.)

From what I can tell, that should be acceptable. That is, as long as it isn't a handmade dress made to look like a dress released by a designer (essentially a replica), looks like a custom outfit from a specific promotion (like a print ad, fashion show, or the like), or is designed based on a character in anime, manga or the like (which would constitute cosplay).
