Yes, I will announce the time tickets will go on sale before they go on sale. Hopefully at least a day or two in advance.

It's kind of off-topic now, but I wasn't talking about any additional cost to reserve the space, necessarily. I was referring to a portion of the cost of reserving all of the space for the whole convention, specifically the portion that pertains to this room. Also, if it's a dining room, then that does normally require a special reservation.

A strange question: This tea party, will it be in the afternoon or evening? Reason I'm asking is because from what I understand, there's a lot of sweets at this type of event, so I'm wondering for someone that might go (she's not on the forums) if she should eat anything before hand or hold off and eat after. Mind you she's a nutrion type of person (whole wheats, lots of veggies, grilled over fried, etc) and she normally doesn't eat a lot of sweets, so she's a bit worried that if she goes and hasn't eaten that she'll get sick with too much sugar. She wants to have something in her stomache to counter act the suger or sweets they'll have. Or will they have snacks and food for people who really don't like sweets?

The tea party will begin at 11am on Sunday. There will be tea sandwiches served in addition to the sweets. The menu will be posted when I post the rest of the information.
