Wow! My badge came today. I didn't expect it until early/mid April. Thanks, guys! Nice packaging, btw. Very strong - I had a hard time ripping mine open. :shuriken:

Me and my wife ordered ours differnt times but we got them 4 days ago,
it took a little to open but they did that so the badge would stay secured during delivery...

We hope to be mailing those out shortly. We are in the process of assembling them for mailing. Our Art and publication department did an amazing job designing the tickets. I can't wait until everyone sees them! :D

Hey Everyone,

As of Saturday, March 24, ALL of the badges have been mailed! We spent 2+ hours at the post office mailing all of the Group and out-of-country badges.

We ship all badges First-Class Mail via USPS, which according to their website is delivered “within 3 days in most cases”. If you paid for mailing and do not receive your badge by March 31, please contact the Registration Team at registration@acen.org. We will be more than happy to look into what went wrong and find resolution for you. Please make sure that you email us with your account user name, email address and order number.

Happy to say me and my BF have both gotten our badges this past weekend (didn't come home until yesterday so I saw them laying in wait for me on my desk). Love the envelopes, took me forever to open mine up but I have to say great work in getting them to everyone safely and securely. :thumbup:

Can you guys let us know when Crystal Ball tickets are being mailed? Your "soon" response was over a week ago, and I'm sure I'm not the only one waiting to get theirs! :)
