i still haven't gotten it yet, my friend who ordered his like a month ago has already received it

Edit: the description on the site says it was teir 2 that I have
should I have recieved it by now?

That sounds like an unholy amount of work! It would like triple the amount of stuff that they would have to do on top of getting addresses right and answering emails.

I'm going to wait until This Friday to see if I get it. If not, then I'm going to email reg. There was a mix up with mine. I'm hoping to see it soon. I have complete confidence in Registration.

I'm hoping I see mine by Friday too I've never had a bad experience with Acen's registration or their staff and I'd hate to see that record broken I think maybe for next year they should try doing the badges by the month they were ordered less stress in covering multiple months at a time.
Does some one need a kick in the face with the foot of friendship?!

That was the original plan but all the badges were delayed in printing so they kind of had to rush things at the end.

i paid for my badge at Youmacon i know two other friends who paid for theirs at the same time as me and they have their badges about a week or two ago and I have yet to receive mine .....should i worry?

We are most pleased to announce that we have just returned from the USPS Palatine Processing and Distribution Center where we dropped off the rest of Tier3 Badges, all Kits Kids Badges, and all Groups of One Person.

The ONLY thing that we have left to mail are Groups with MORE than One Person in them. We expect to finish them this weekend to be mailed early next week. We are taking a bit more time with them to verify that every group member is included in the shipment. However, please keep in mind that group members added AFTER the group was originally paid for are sent separately from the rest as they are under two different orders.

We ship all badges First-Class Mail via USPS, which according to their website is delivered “within 3 days in most cases”. If you do not receive your badge after one week, please contact the Registration Team at registration@acen.org. They will be more than happy to look into what went wrong and find resolution for you.

I saw the post about the delay with the printing I'm sure everything will work out in the end hope that the printing company did something for them to make up for the delays and the headaches that were caused to registration and for ppl waiting for their badges

I got my badge in the mail about a week ago, though another badge that I ordered a few days later hasn't arrived yet. Is there a certain date after the last badge has been sent out that I should contact someone? Things take time I understand, but I don't want to have to wait in line another 7 hours this year for a badge.

If you have not received the badge a week after its announced mailing, please email us at registration@acen.org so we figure out where the badge went astray. If you email, please include the order number of the badge as well as the user name and/or email address of the person receiving the badge.
