Does anyone know which tier the Roadshow is? I'll be happy as long as I get it before the convention so I can avoid those long long long lines.

Be on the lookout for all badges that were ordered at Ohayocon, Anime Milwaukee, and Tier3 badges that were purchased prior to March 1st (except for kids, groups, and out-of-country). They have been sent.

All Roadshow badges have now been mailed. Youmacon & Kollision went out on last Saturday, Ohayocon & Anime Milwaukee went out this afternoon.

hi i know this is the thread for the acen badges but i am still waiting for my crystal ball ticket. i wanted it mailed to me and i still have not got it yet. i am not sure if i put my apartment number on it or not yet. also i posted this problem on the crystal ball thread and i have not gotten a reply in a couple of days now. can you please help me with this problem. it would mean a lot.

Crystal Ball tickets will be mailed soon all at once, we were waiting for the mailing deadline which was yesterday. If you're not sure about your address please email your account info to CrystalBall@ACen.org with your correct address and we can double check that before they're sent out.

Mine just arrived today (Tier 3) and I owed 20 cents for postage. Really, guys? Smh. I had a quarter nearby, so not that big of a deal. I will say that the badge itself is pretty sweet looking.

here is a funny thing that just happened, so i ordered my badge first, then I ordered my nieces a couple days after, she just got hers in the mail today and I still have yet to get mine. Oh btw we both live in the exact same house, so what could be the problem? lol

That is rather odd. We send the badges using first class postage, and they shouldn't have charged you an additional fee. That postal delivery individual, or that post office probably mixed up their paperwork and decided to charge you for someone else's fee.

Ty for the response seems like there is alot of mix ups with badges this year I don't know if it was the error with the print company or something else with the shipping I hope it gets resolved

As I have explained in response to your emails, we have not sent out group badges yet. Please continue to watch this thread as it will be updated with when more waves of badges have been sent out.

They should consider offering us when we order our badges for the fee of course options like delivery confirmation or express shipping or tracking in some way shape or from so we know if something went wrong or if we need to talk to registration or the post office

Good Morning,

Please keep in mind that all of our Registration Staff, and in fact everyone who staffs in Anime Central are volunteers. I would ask for your patience. We have other commitments in our lives, full time jobs, are attending college, etc. We volunteer our time and work hard to make ACen the best possible event for our attendees. Further, because Anime Central is staffed by volunteers, we do not keep office hours during the regular business week as one might expect.

Within the last ten days we have mailed out just under 5,000 badges. I feel this is quite an accomplishment for our team to pull off and I am very proud of them. The last tier ended just four days ago with a surge of badge purchases. I promise that we will continue to work hard until every badge has been mailed. I expect this next wave to be at the post office on Tuesday.

I will keep you updated to what is within each wave and when they are in the USPS hands for delivery.
