A fashion show a small question

I know for the last few years running, they have had a wonderful fashion show called Khaotic Kouture. I haven't seen much about it this year. I am wondering, are they running a show this year? If so, when and how can we get involved?

Khaotic Kouture was going to be run in a smaller panel room (about a 500 seater this year) But unfortunately the host has decided not to run it. We do have an independent lolita designer running a fashion show panel and more to be announced about bigger events.

So the fashion show with brand names isn't going to happen? I knew KK wasn't going to run this year with indie designers but still have brands showcased. Is that not happening now?

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean the designers who were in KK, or like H. Naoto, Sixh who we had last year? Both can be considered brand names XD

We have independent designers who were in KK doing their own panel now. And we have not announced official ACen events yet. I hope that answers your question. If not feel free to clarify :)

Since we were only given less than 2 months notice to put a show together, we had to decline. There is not enough time to recruit people for Khaotic Kouture. It takes ATLEAST 6 months of prep time to put on a successful show. We are truly sorry.

The japanese fashion (major brands) shows are still going on. The main page has the info where you can sign up.

I don't think Khaotic Kouture will return but that is just my guess. Last year there were the brand name fashion shows as well as an Indie Designer Show. The Indie show is what I'm guessing will be back this year.

There is an independent designer show happening. ACen does not have any involvement with it other than providing the room so I don't know if they'll have male fashion. Guest fashion has not been announced.
