Complimentary tarot readings? Anyone interested?

I am contemplating dressing up all Renaissance-gypsy-esque and doing complementary (and probably complimentary too) tarot readings for those who are interested and was wondering if anyone would be interested or if I should just not bother?

I'm not super experienced but have pretty decent tarot intuition so it'll be fun to practice.

I was thinking about designating a set time and place when I'll be somewhere and people can come hang out and watch or get a tarot reading.

As with just about everything these days, I'm reluctant to say yes and to say no.
I love that kind of stuff and the price is right for me (hehe!).

I just wonder if we already have a tarot person in artist alley this year and if he/she might start a turf war.

Well I don't anticipate practicing in the Artist's Alley, more hotel areas, and I'm totally down for tandem reading but yeah, don't wanna step on toes.

I'll be the first to admit I'm no expert though !

That was the plan, to do it in the evening or late at night for atmosphere and quiet. :)

This sounds rather delightful. I have a deck but really never got anywhere with it. Would you do anything else besides tarot like palm reading?

I'm afraid I'm not knowledgeable in the ways of palm reading, but I could bring my laptop and do astrological natal charts for people if they are interested. :) I would plot them on a program and then interpret them, if people would be interested. People would need to know their birth date, time of birth, and where they were born though.

i'd be interested, lol and as others said the price is right, but as panel programming staff said you just gotta make sure you wouldnt be stepping on toes :thumbup:

Also, I never go anywhere without my deck (I sleep with it under my pillow for energy-purposes and I feel like I sleep better that way, so if you like I could totally do a reading for you in return. I suck at it (still kinda clinging to my book--I never had the meanings completely memorized and then I fell out of practice x.x), and it would be my first time reading for a stranger, but practice is practice ^_^

I've sort of gotten interested in tarot but could never bring myself to go to one. Complimentary seems like a good transition into this mystic art. :)

I'm still dependent on my books right now but I'm practicing so I can do it with minimal referencing. :) I would love to help you practice by getting a tarot reading, Kaay-chan.

I'll have to figure out a way to let people know how to find me, haha. Probably post a time and a spot in the hotel and a description of who to look for! :)
