Greetings Cosplayers!

I'm very much looking to spend most of my time at ACen doing photo shoots with various cosplayers this year, but there are a few cosplays I'm hoping to find that I haven't seen in previous years.

If anyone is cosplaying any character from:

- Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha
- Otogi-Jushi (Fairy Musketeer) Akazukin
- Pita Ten
- Pangya

Or these specific characters:

- Remilia Scarlet (Touhou)
- Takatsuki Yayoi (Idolm@ster)
- Minase Iori (Idolm@ster)

I'd be interested in doing photo shoots of your cosplay for sure!

Don't feel like I'll only photograph those specific ones though. As I said originally, I pretty much want to spend most of my time doing photo shoots this year as I don't really go to many panels anymore.

Oh! Im doing the same thing for people this year, but its hard when you're a photographer to find people to photograph -you-. So as a fellow professional photographer, I know you understand what Im saying. I'd love a couple photos of my Yuna cosplay. <3

Gorgeous photos you have on DA (I added you to my watch.) It isn't cosplay, but it would be fantastic if you were interested in shooting the fashion show.

It's easier for me to photograph since I don't cosplay yet... though I was thinking about doing something later this year at Youmacon ^^;

Do you know what kinds of fashion will be featured? I was at last year's Khaotic Kouture show but found it a little difficult to take good shots because of where I was sitting.

I'm doing Miwako from Paradise Kiss again this year. Afaik i was the only ParaKiss last year. I would love to have a photoshoot. I had someone take some shots of me last year, but they never got in touch with me.

Do you accept male to female crossplayers for your photoshoots? If so I'd definitely be interested in this, more than likely as Homura Akemi from Madoka.

When is that panel? I'm in contact with the people running the indie lolita designer panel as well and I plan on photographing there, I just want to make sure it's not the same panel xD

I heard there's an ACen scheduled gathering sometime on Friday, but I don't really know if a lot of people are going to show up from the Chicago community as they will likely plan their own thing for ACen from what I hear.

Yes it is the same panel They just haven't announced a time yet.

Well, my Shirayukihime says that she could be resurected. But she would need to know when and where such a shoot would happen. My Shirayukihime also happens to be a lovely lady over 50... I think I have a picture of her in it somewhere. But I can PM you and get or find out details.

I'm not quite sure on the when yet... I'll have to wait for the final official schedule to be released before I can determine that exactly. Feel free to PM me though, I pretty much have it set to email me when I get replies on this thread or PM so I'll always reply within a few hours ^^

Sounds great

I always shoot and give web postable images for free at cons but if you do want to get larger size pics / edits there are paid options. All I really ask in return is that you keep me in mind at future cons / like my facebook page and spread the word ^^

I'm usually a big photo guy, but I think I'll be forgoing the three days of shoots this time. I'd like to give the cosplaying aspect a try first-hand, and see where I can go from there. I'll be cosplaying with a Soul Eater group. PM me, and I'll give you details the minute they show up!

Are you looking for single cosplayers to photograph, or can there be two or more? My friend and I are doing Loki and Captain America, and then I do Sora and Roxas from Kingdom Hearts. But I know my friend would love beautiful pics, especially since you're awesome and this is her first ACen.

Thanks for the shoot opportunities, they mean alot to cosplayers.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to close this now with the last two responders. I just want to be sure I can give a shoot to everyone that's responded so far ^^;

If things change and I feel like I'll be free to do a few more then I will reopen.
