Phillip, not to rush you, but any idea on when the floor plan will be finalized?

I plan to have it accessible tonight, if all goes well, and all the "i"s are dotted and all the "t"s are crossed. In addition I also intend to send an email to everyone letting them know as well.

- Placements have been finalized for sometime now, and they have been turned over to the convention center.
- We did our absolute best to honor all requests in the order they were received. This means that if you were on the waiting list, or you wanted to sit next to someone who was on the waiting list, your request was not applicable during the placement assigning process.
You will notice in your welcome packets, you receive at con, that there are directions to fill out a "How did we do" Survey, so please let us know where we can improve for next year. We appreciate any constructive and helpful feedback you provide.

I'll e-mail you as well but I'm putting a note out here to the other tables. I would love to split it (Shiny Things), but only if other were interested as well. I don't wish to be just 2 split and pay $95 ><

Also, another question that my friend Iyou brought to me: How would we split the cost? By table, studio, or person?

Both of us at CrystalliaStudios are also willing to split costs as well.
So all in all that will be a 4 way split so far. The original inquirer, Crystallia, Tymwatch and myself. If an e-mail hasn't been sent, I will do so to notify of the peeked interest.

I spoke a little bit to CrystalliaStudios about this, but what do you think about splitting it per person rather than per studio? That way if you're only a one-person-booth you won't have to pay a whole fourth of the cost. At Beadsprites, we'll have at least three people, CrystalliaStudios will have two, at least one from Tymwatch Trove, and I'm assuming one from Shiny Things. So far that's split by seven, and about $27 per share.
In any case, I'll go ahead and order the power drop guys!

I am the artist of Shiny Things and I run solo so I do like this idea. Of course that would be more for the ones with multiple people to be the deciding factor I believe.
