Hey there guys! Obviously, we'll probably have to wait until the floor plan is released to be able to make any final decisions, but I figured I'd start the discussion ahead of time. I'm going to be at tables 193, 194, and 195, and it'd be great if I got some neighbors to split the $190 bill with.

Phillip, not to rush you, but any idea on when the floor plan will be finalized?

I plan to have it accessible tonight, if all goes well, and all the "i"s are dotted and all the "t"s are crossed. In addition I also intend to send an email to everyone letting them know as well. Posted Image

The link to the layout is now open, and accessible to the public. Please take heed of the following:
  • Placements have been finalized for sometime now, and they have been turned over to the convention center.
  • We did our absolute best to honor all requests in the order they were received. This means that if you were on the waiting list, or you wanted to sit next to someone who was on the waiting list, your request was not applicable during the placement assigning process.

You will notice in your welcome packets, you receive at con, that there are directions to fill out a "How did we do" Survey, so please let us know where we can improve for next year. We appreciate any constructive and helpful feedback you provide. Posted Image

Awesome! Alright, so I suppose the easiest way to split it up is right down the middle of the table area. I'm at booths 193-195, so that means I'm looking at 184, 185, 186, and 187. Shiny Things, Tymwach Trove, CrystalliaStudios, or Cellar Skylight, let me know if you're interested! I'm best reached at nick.rupley@gmail.com. Thanks!

I'll e-mail you as well but I'm putting a note out here to the other tables. I would love to split it (Shiny Things), but only if other were interested as well. I don't wish to be just 2 split and pay $95 ><

I'm 186: CrystalliaStudios. I am considering it greatly. If we can get more people into this with us, I'd be more than happy to. I'll ask my good friend (who is tablesharing with me) to ask 185: Tymwatch Trove if she wants in, too since they personally know each other. I'll be sending a email to you shortly. c:

Also, another question that my friend Iyou brought to me: How would we split the cost? By table, studio, or person?

I have been notified by Tymwatch Trove that at least 1 person so far is willing to split the costs.

Both of us at CrystalliaStudios are also willing to split costs as well.

So all in all that will be a 4 way split so far. The original inquirer, Crystallia, Tymwatch and myself. If an e-mail hasn't been sent, I will do so to notify of the peeked interest.

I spoke a little bit to CrystalliaStudios about this, but what do you think about splitting it per person rather than per studio? That way if you're only a one-person-booth you won't have to pay a whole fourth of the cost. At Beadsprites, we'll have at least three people, CrystalliaStudios will have two, at least one from Tymwatch Trove, and I'm assuming one from Shiny Things. So far that's split by seven, and about $27 per share.

In any case, I'll go ahead and order the power drop guys!

I am the artist of Shiny Things and I run solo so I do like this idea. Of course that would be more for the ones with multiple people to be the deciding factor I believe.

CrystalliaStudios: Both of us agree with the payment per person.

Tymwatch Trove has informed me that payment per person would be best as well.
(Still waiting on response from second person)
