Hello!~ My name is Kylie and I am going to be cosplaying as Stocking this year! Her regular form, unfortunately I do not have the angel costume yet. So, what I want to know is, are you going to join me in the melancholy adventure of Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt?~ If so, who are you going as? Is your cosplay done? How are you progressing? Any tips for P&S cisplayers or beginners in general?

Panty cosplayer here! I'll be in her angel form and i'm about 60-70% done with it. The accessories are killing me. But i'm excited about this cosplay, nonetheless. :)
