Hello everyone! This year will be my first-ever ACen, and my biggest con yet. Needless to say, I'm both excited and nervous.

I'll be going with a few people, but I'll actually know only one of them so I'd love to be able to make a friend or two here on the forums by the time ACen arrives! If anyone else is looking to make friends then go ahead and check out my profile. I'm pretty shy but I hope I'm interesting, at least XD

Welcome to the Acen family!!! Make sure You bring your energy since there is a lot to do here. And be prepared for all types of weather. Last year it rain on and off and it was warm.

And, thanks for the heads up about the weather! Sounds about as iffy as where I live. In the past, I've never really had to leave the hotel/covention center but being in the Chicago area, my group will probably want to take a field trip :P Hoping to be able to take a peek at Mitsuwa Marketplace!

Hello!!! Bienvenue! It's my first ACen too, and unfortunately, most of my group isnt going to be going anymore. :( but that wont stop me! So it looks like we're kinda in the same boat. But I live in the chicagoland area, so I'm used to our bipolar weather patterns. :)

Hey! "Bienvenue" and "ACen, too" rhyme! that makes me happy.
