[Aphex]

My friend is going as Homura Akemi from Puella Magi Madoka Magica but she is wondering how to add the diamond designed on these stockings she has. She's not good at sewing, and depending on the stocking fabric, She can just paint in on but she's afraid it might not stay on perfectly.

I know the fact that it is actually her boots, but my friend doesn't like wearing long boots. Thanks!

If she doesn't want to buy the stockings, then I would suggest having someone who has about the same length/thickness of legs as she does wear regular black stockings and paint them on like that. Cut out a diamond and using chalk, trace out the diamonds all the way up their leg. Then, taking fabric paint, use a little paint brush to colour in the diamonds (if you just squeeze it on, it might get chunky). Wait for it to dry completely before taking them off. The person who was wearing them might have slight paint stains on their legs from the paint seeping through the stockings, but it'll just wash off.
