Hello,
This is my first time staying at this hotel. Any opinions for those who have stayed here before?

Also, I know it says it is connected to the convention center via parking garage, but is there a walkway route I could take from hotel to con center w/out running into traffic and such?

Also the free shuttle bus, would that take me to and from con center or is that only for the airport? I got into reserving a room late and forgot to consider the walking distance or transportation options available. Should I try a different hotel? Would I still have time?

Thank you.

You can walk most of it through the parking garage (which is attached), and then you can get to the skybridge from the garage that takes you to the Hyatt and the Convention Center. My brother got the Aloft last year and it wasn't too bad of a walk at all.

Okay, thanks for the info. I decided to switch to Hilton hotel cause I stayed there last year and it's right across the street from the con center. ^_^

Here's the Rosemont map I like to post every year. It has all of the area hotels numbered along with restaurants and the big venues. It's a good reference for seeing where everything is in relation to each other.
