Question about Roadshow Registration and registering for other people

Question:

I know you guys are coming to Anime Milwaukee in February and I'm planning to get my badge there and have it mailed to me; I live in Milwaukee. But my friend, who was also planning to get his badge at AMKE, may not be able to attend after all.

I was wondering, is it possible for me to buy his badge FOR him and then have it shipped to his address? Or would I need some kind of proof? ... Or should I just buy TWO badges and have them BOTH sent to me, and bring them with me to the convention?
