Ok so I find you guys to be a very intelligent and understanding group of people ^.^ Maybe you can help me with my confusion. What do you do when your ex boyfriends new girlfriend starts stalking you? I mean I don't even talk to this male anymore. I completely moved on when I noticed that his new woman started to talk me, and not just on the internet! O.O I really don't understand this.

If this is a serious accusation of stalking, where you have evidence she is doing this and you fear for your safety, call the police.

Apparently, either your ex hasn't completely moved on, or his new girl thinks that there's still something there - even if there isn't.
How extensively is she stalking you? I second Kirby - make notes of each contact (whether it be a phone call, sighting, etc.), when they occurred, etc. If it's getting to the point where she's making you feel uneasy or scared AT ALL, contact the police. Better to be safe than sorry.

You can also punch her in the face. That gives a very clear answer.
Seriously tho, it is rather odd she would. If you feel you'll be safe, then I wouldn't worry too much, but tell her to back off if she is creeping you out. Tell her bluntly. Guessing games are never fun.

I just recently had a similar situation. I'm the Community Manager for a development project, where I had to register the domain name for our use.
One of my past romantical "interests" (we never really dated, but we we were really close friends and I had the strong feeling she had feelings for me) decided to come out of the woodworks and find my information on the domain name registration before I had the chance to privatize it. We had stopped talking after she started showing signs of just...being messed up (she was sick in the head...like to the point of not being worth trying to help her) then I pretty much told her to leave me alone (in a nice way of course) after she did something extremely...creepy while we were "friends" (for the life of me, I don't remember what it was). I since switched phone numbers, email addresses and MSN addresses (not because of her, I just thought it was time for a change) and she dug out the information on the domain name and left me a voice mail message while I was in the shower one night...It was extremely not right >.<
Anyway, called the phone company and put a block on her number after telling her never to contact me again...it was quite the scary situation, especially since my current girlfriend and I had just started dating...>.<
