Hi everyone, my name is Annette. I should have put this up awhile ago but never did. I've been on the forums for a while, but never really active cause I've never been to Acen but this year is going to be the year I finally go, i'm very excited. Let's see i'm 22 years old I live in a small town called St. Clair in Michigan. I heard about Acen years ago when I started hitting the con scene and I've always wanted to go but have never had the money. But this year I'm some how going to make it work, and my boyfriend and my friends are making sure it happens cause they want me to go. I've been watching anime since I was a kid, Sailor Moon of course was my first anime and is still my favorite. I've been going to cons since 2007, youmacon was my first con. Acen 2012 will be my 10th convention, 'm excited about that. I've been cosplaying for years as well. I'v done Mai Valentine(Yu-Gi-Oh), Stocking(Panty & Stocking), Larxene(kingdom hearts),Raichu(pokemon) and a few casual wear of other cosplays. For Acen this year i'm hoping to get Akiza(Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's) done. I just got my wig which I need to style and I need to get started on the cosplay of it. Well I guess i've rambled on for long enough, if you want to know anything just ask. I hope to meet a bunch of you at this years Acen :)

ah a fellow Sailor Moon fan. It too was my first anime and is still my favorite to this day....though there are a lot more that are near it for me


You've been to a few cons eh? This years Acen will mark my 4th con and my 4th Acen. It's a lot of fun and I think you'll have fun there.

Thanks all for the warm welcome. I'm so excited. And yeah I've been to a few cons, lol. I'm so excited and I have lots still to do to be ready for acen. But i'm ready to get it all done.
